These terms describe the current Kindred relationship-reflection service and the scope of the result it provides.
What Kindred provides
Kindred provides an individual self-reflection experience about attraction, relationship preferences and recurring patterns. The service includes calculated scores and written interpretations based on the answers supplied.
Scope of the result
A result is not medical or mental-health advice, a diagnosis, couples counselling, or a direction to begin or end a relationship. It does not assess another person and cannot guarantee compatibility or how long a relationship will last.
Using the assessment
You are responsible for answering from your own experience and deciding how to use the reflection. Do not use Kindred in an emergency or as a substitute for qualified professional help when safety, abuse or serious mental-health concerns are involved.
Digital access and payment
A displayed purchase is a one-time payment for access to the complete report connected to that browser session. Payment is processed by Stripe. Access depends on retaining the private session cookie or returning through the successful checkout flow.
Technical problems and remedies
If payment succeeds but the report cannot be accessed because of a technical failure, keep the Stripe receipt and use the merchant support details associated with the payment to request assistance. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Availability and changes
Kindred may update questionnaire wording, scoring versions, report presentation and service providers. Previously generated results may reflect the version in use when the assessment was completed. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
